POLICE SAY THE MAN BEHINTHED WHEEL RAN OFF, LEAVING HIS CAR, AND THIS MESS BEHI.ND OFFICERS FOUND THE DRIVER ON SUNDAY. THE DEPARTMENT TELLS PITTSBURGH’S ACTION NEWS 4, CHARGES ARE PENDG. THE OWNER SAYS THEY JUST GOT SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS INSTALLED LAST MONTH AND THEY ARE GOING TO BE SHARING THAT FOOTAGE WHIT POLICE TO HELP WITH THEIR INVESTIGATION.

Police in Pleasant Hills say they found the driver of the car that slammed into a beauty salon early Sunday morning. Police responded to the Unique Factor hair salon at 163 Clairton Boulevard around 12:30 a.m. for reports of car into the structure. Police say the man behind the wheel ran off — leaving his car and a mess behind. No one was hurt but debris spilled into the parking lot. The shop is currently boarded up. Officers say they found the suspect earlier on Sunday and that charges are pending. The salon’s owner said they just got surveillance cameras a month ago and will share their footage with police.
