A new Black-owned hair salon has opened at Headington Hall.

Co-entrepreneurs Natasha Coleman and Tracy Holman make up two of the a few individual staff in cost of Beauty and Designz Studio Lounge, together with stylist Ebony McCloud.

Paint & Virgin Sip” will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Feb. 5 and is open up to the community.
