An 8-12 months-aged girl died Saturday following she was struck by a stray bullet in Small Village as a person opened hearth at a guy coming out of a nearby retailer, in accordance to Chicago police. Melissa Ortega was going for walks with her guardian about 2:45 p.m. when a person fired shots at the 26-12 months-aged guy in the 3900 block of West 26th Road, putting him in the again, law enforcement and the Cook County medical examiner’s business office mentioned.
