LAKE WACCAMAW, N.C. (WECT) – The federal govt takes advantage of tax dollars to care for hundreds of wild horses in the Western element of the United States. Now, there is a thrust by the Bureau of Land Management to locate these animals harmless households. BLM will pay back $1,000 to competent folks or households to undertake a horse or burro.
